Shipping:

All purchases are shipped promptly via Federal Express. As such, you must provide us with a physical address. PO Boxes are not acceptable. All packages are provided a tracking number and in the case of a delayed or missing package, tickets can be tracked here. For your protection, a signature is required at the time of delivery. Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that a show or game is cancelled by the league, city or venue without a rescheduled date, You will receive in-store credit for the full value of your order. We must receive the tickets within 30 days of the cancelled event. We regret we cannot refund any service charges.
